ALLERGY INFORMATION REGULATION (EU) NO 1169/2011

We inform you that in our local are preserved foods that may contain the following allergens:

• Nuts, namely: almonds (Amygdalus communis L.), hazelnuts (Corylus avellana), walnuts (Juglans regia), cashews (Anacardium occidentale), pecan nuts (Carya illinoinensis (Wangenh.) K. Koch), Brazil nuts (Bertholletia excelsa),pistachio nuts (Pistacia vera), macadamia or Queensland nuts (Macadamia ternifolia), and products thereof;
• Cereals containing gluten, namely: wheat, rye, barley, oats, spelt, kamut or their hybridised strains, and products thereof;
• Kiwi;
• Milk and products thereof (including lactose);
• Fish and products thereof;
• Tomatoes and products thereof;
• Soybeans and products thereof;
• Sulphur dioxide and sulphites;
• Eggs and products thereof.

We have a updated document available which lists potential allergens present in each dish, however we cannot totally exclude potential cross-contamination during preparation. We advise you to advise the café staff of any particular needs relating to allergies.

Some of our ingredients are frozen or kept at sub-zero temperatures for hygiene purposes or to guarantee conservation or availability.
