Villa Reale di Marlia hosts its vintage market for the first time: the objects of the Pecci Blunt era look for a new home, after a glorious past between parties, dinners, afternoons with artists
In the same weekend of the famous antiques market of Lucca, you can browse through vintage objects and retro furniture both in the historic center of the city and in the complex of Villa Reale di Marlia, only 7 km far from Lucca.
The weekend of 18/19 May will be the good chance to satisfy the curiosity to find particular objects for fans of vintage items and meanwhile walk in the 16 hectares of historic park of Villa Reale and marvel inside the two museums recently open to the public.
The museum of the clock house hosts the private collections of Countess Pecci Blunt and an exhibition dedicated to her with photographs of the parties organized in the garden from the 1920s onwards with illustrious guests.
Taking home a piece of the Villa’s recent history will surely be inspiring! Unfortunately we can not give life to everything but we are sure that you will help us!
